Arcline Investment Management is an American private equity firm[1] headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee. As of June 2023, the company reportedly held $8.9 billion of cumulative capital commitments.[2]

History

The company was founded in September 2018[2] by Rajeev Amara,[1] a former managing director at Golden Gate Capital.[3] Since its founding, the firm's acquisitions and areas of interest have been medical and biopharmaceutical technology, energy transition, defense, aerospace, critical infrastructure services, and specialty materials.[4]

In 2022, Arcline acquired Omega Engineering from Spectris PLC.[5]
